    Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

    COD is not available.

    We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged products.

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory — the product must be inspected in a live, unedited video.

  • The defect or damage must be clearly visible in the video.

  • You must inform us on the same day of delivery via WhatsApp at 6301888965.

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery, with the original tag and packaging intact.

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and verify the returned parcel.

  • Once approved, your refund will be credited within 7 working days to your original payment method.
